We want you to love your Mario Badescu skincare routine, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for products bought directly from our website within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Service team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and confirm your order details.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship to Mario Badescu

  Send your package using a traceable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
